We are recruiting for the following position(s):

Senior Project Manager

ABOUT THE JOB:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in the oil and gas sector to lead and deliver complex, multi-disciplinary projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through execution and closeout, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to client specifications.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Oversee planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases of projects.

• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and risks.

• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project reporting.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

• Prepare estimates and proposals.

• Overall accountability for successful execution of project scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, quality, resources, and profitability.

• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

• Identify and document project requirements, constraints, and success criteria.

• Identify resource requirements and work with resource managers to allocate personnel, equipment, and materials.

• Travel Expectations – approximately 10%/yr.

YOU HAVE:

• 15+ years of project management experience, with at least 5+ years in the oil & gas industry.

• Proven track record of successful management and completion of projects with excellent results in client and team satisfaction, safety, quality, cost, and schedule.

• Previous EPCM experience

• Previous brownfield MOC experience

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with estimating and proposal generation. Preferred).

• Have a valid passport.

• Have a valid driver's license.

• Ability to travel outside of Calgary to client sites.

• Sales and Marketing experience (Preferred).
