Project Manager (Intermediate to Senior)
ABOUT THE JOB:
As Tarco continues to grow, they're looking for Project Managers (Intermediate to Senior) to join the team.
Whether you're an experienced Project Manager ready to take ownership of larger, more complex projects, or a seasoned professional looking for your next challenge, you'll play a key role in delivering multidisciplinary EPCM projects from initiation through commissioning and closeout.
You'll work alongside engineers, discipline leaders, clients, and field personnel to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the high standard our clients expect from Tarco.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
o Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
o Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and overall project performance.
o Build strong, long-term relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for your clients.
o Develop project execution plans, identify project risks, and implement practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.
o Coordinate engineering disciplines, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
o Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, contract administration, purchase orders, and change orders.
o Prepare project reports and communicate project status with both clients and internal leadership.
o Support estimating and proposal development as opportunities arise.
o Contribute to a collaborative culture by sharing knowledge, supporting teammates, and continuously improving how projects are delivered.
YOU HAVE:
o Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering or EPCM projects within industrial environments.
o Demonstrated success managing project scope, schedules, budgets, client expectations, and project execution.
o Experience delivering projects within the oil and gas industry is preferred.
o Previous EPCM experience is considered a strong asset.
o Brownfield and Management of Change (MOC) experience is an asset.
o Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
o Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
o Experience supporting project estimates and proposals is an asset.
o Valid driver's licence and passport.
o Ability to travel to client sites as required (approximately 10%).
