We are recruiting for the following position(s):

Ignition Developer (Full-time)

ABOUT THE JOB:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ignition Developer to join our automation and controls team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying SCADA/HMI solutions using Inductive Automation’s Ignition platform.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Design and develop SCADA systems and HMIs using Ignition Perspective

• Integrate Ignition with PLCs, databases, and external APIs.

• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to define project requirements.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Ignition projects.

• Follow industry best practices for security, and documentation.

• Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation for end-users.

YOU HAVE:

• Proven experience with Ignition SCADA platform Perspective

• Proficiency in Python scripting and SQL.

• Solid understanding of industrial automation systems and protocols (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus).

• Experience working with PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, GE) is a plus.

• Familiarity with database systems (MS SQL Server, MySQL).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  Preference given to those with:

• Inductive Automation Ignition Certification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
