We are recruiting for the following position(s):

Senior Project Manager (Full-time)

About the job:

This position is responsible for the development and execution of international focused programs and the overall project life cycle for various sized projects from initial conception through project completion. The successful candidate will direct and manage the work of the project team to establish project objectives, and maintain effective relationships with clients, other project teams, and subcontractors.

What you’ll do:

  • Overall accountability for successful execution of project scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, quality, resources, and profitability.
  • Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Identify and document project requirements, constraints, and success criteria.
  • Identify resource requirements and work with resource managers to allocate personnel, equipment, and materials.

You are:

  • 15+ years experience in Automation / control design and implementation projects, with 5+ years in a Senior Project Management role.
  • Proven track record of successful completion of automation projects with excellent results in client and team satisfaction, safety, quality, cost and schedule.
  • Experience with rotating equipment control (e.g. turbine control, compressor control, surge control, etc.) (Preferred).
  • Sales and Marketing experience (Preferred).
  • Experience with control system estimating and proposal generation (Preferred).
