Tarco is currently recruiting for the following position(s):

Project Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of client service agreements, purchase orders, change orders
  • Collection and review of employee timesheets and expenses and associated approvals
  • Contractor agreement management and scheduling, invoice collection and review
  • Purchasing support: issuing POs, vendor follow-up, tracking receipt of materials
  • Invoicing support: preparing draft invoices for approval
  • Project database administration and mentoring
  • Preparing financial reports on actual costs vs budget, cost to complete
  • Coordination of training to meet safety and client requirements
  • Coordination of project site logistics
  • Document control
  • Minute Taking
  • Assist in creating proposals

 Qualifications/Requirements:

The following is required as a minimum:

  • 5 + years’ experience working as a Project Administrator for various Oil and Gas Projects
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess a valid Canadian Driver’s License
  • Must have legal authorization to work in Canada on full-time basis
  • Ability to travel and work internationally on occasion without restrictions

  • Quick learner; able to adapt to new technologies rapidly
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet set deadlines

In addition to a degree or diploma in a related field, experience in the following would be an asset for the position:

  • Administration
  • Purchasing
  • Accounting
  • Document Control
  • Presentation and training development
  • Technical proposal experience
